Stable Housing
Meeting neighbors where they are as they seek housing stability.
Flourishing through stable housing
A key component to a healthy neighborhood is stable housing for neighbors no matter their income level. Our approach to mixed-income neighborhood housing is a neighbor-first model, prioritizing Blythe Oldfield and College Hill residents as East Cleveland neighborhoods develop.
City Fields redevelops homes in these neighborhoods to intentionally sell below market value to low-moderate income individuals and families. Every neighbor deserves to feel proud of the place they live and flourish in that place.
Neighborhood Programs
Whether you are seeking financial education or are wanting to own a home, we walk alongside neighbors as you work toward housing stability.
The Affordable Homeownership Program at City Fields provides first-time homebuyers an opportunity to purchase a newly constructed or remodeled home below market value in East Cleveland neighborhoods.
