Our Programs

Our programs focus on creating stability and a sense of place to families and the neighborhoods they call home.

Workforce development

Earning a livable wage is one of the greatest barriers to stability. Our workforce training program offers technical training and career-readiness courses to individuals who are underemployed or unemployed, justice-involved, recovering from addiction, disabled, or working toward their GED.

Affordable home ownership

We believe our neighbors deserve a chance at stability through quality and affordable homeownership. That’s why our affordable homeownership program builds and renovates homes in the neighborhoods we serve, then sells them, below market value, to low-moderate income individuals and families who are either first-time home buyers, public servants, or local resident renters.

Community engagement

An engaged and hopeful group of neighbors is key to a flourishing community. That’s why City Fields partners with community residents to organize community associations as well as organize a range of events and projects that produce stability, safety and a sense of belonging to the communities we serve.

Community gardens

Community gardens not only serve as a source of healthy food for families, but also cultivate connections between neighbors and create a sense of place within the community.
